Afghan Logistics Specialist (ALS) Essential Function 5 (EF5) Program. The Team manages complex scheduling activities to deploy the right personnel to the right locations at the right time. We do this in both CONUS and austere OCONUS venues. OCONUS OTTS schedules and deploys 274 trainers to multiple locations across Afghanistan.
