Our commitment to literacy begins with our strong management team comprised of skilled and empowered professionals in education, operations, and the military.

We earned a reputation as a leading provider of literacy training working countrywide with the Afghan National Army. The success of our program led to the employment of more than 1,100 Afghan local nationals serving as instructors, training managers, master teachers, and administrative support personnel. The OT Training Solutions education team is responsible for the education of over 200,000 ANSF soldiers and police officers.

OT Training Solutions continues to provide Logistic and Sustainment subject matter expertise in the training, mentoring, and management of Host County Nationals to assist the Afghan National Defense Security Forces in assuming full responsibility for self-sustainable security.
