OT Training Solutions provides a military leadership training team of accomplished and experienced retired Generals, Field Grade Officers and Senior NCOs who are committed to training and mentoring senior headquarters commanders and battle staff, as well as participating subordinate commands.

Our team approach includes senior level mentors augmented by subject matter experts who possess the requisite experience, analytical, doctrinal, and instructional capabilities to prepare our leaders for their important military missions.

Composition of a mentor assistance team is designated for each individual exercise as requested by the responsible commander.
