The OT Training Solutions’ education staff designed and implemented a literacy curriculum that focuses on accelerated literacy skills attainment, outcomes-based academic achievement, and the concept of lifelong learning.

Both the Afghan Ministry of Education and the Education Division of Combined Security Transition Command- Afghanistan (CSTC-A) approved the OTTS literacy program of instruction for use countrywide.

This program expanded on the program listed above (ANA) to also include training the Afghan National Police (ANP). Because of the success of the program, our enrollment numbers for both the ANA and ANP increased significantly during the course of the program. We had over 1,000 teachers conducting classes daily for both branches of the ANSF. We also developed and conducted classes for senior officers in the advanced curricular areas of algebra, business management, economics, and basic programming.

OTTS earned a reputation throughout Afghanistan and with U.S. government organizations as an effective education provider. We are proud to be a part of the educational future of the men and women of Afghanistan.
